Man allegedly exposes self to children

Wake County officers arrested a man Wednesday morning for allegedly exposing himself to middle school students. The incident happened around 7:30 a.m. at Ligon Magnet Middle School on East Lenoir Street in Raleigh.

According to Phyllis Stephens of the Wake County Sheriff's Office, 20-year-old Victor Kornegay exposed himself to children on campus.

The school's resource officer was notified and began searching for the suspect. The officer also called the Raleigh Police Department for assistance.

In addition to indecent exposure, Kornegay is charged with resisting, delaying and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
