RALEIGH --
Police are investigating an unusual accident involving a pedestrian in Raleigh. It happened around 9:00 Saturday night in the 1000 block of Hillsborough Street. Police say a man jumped in front of the car that hit him. An RDU police officer saw him in the road not breathing, and performed CPR.
The man was breathing again when he was taken away by ambulance to WakeMed.
There is no word on his condition. Right now the driver is not facing any charges.
