Man shot outside apartment

DURHAM It happened in the 1300 block of Hudson Avenue just after 9 p.m.

Police say a man in his early 20s was transported to Duke Hospital with gunshot wounds to his neck and hip.

Authorities say his injuries are non-life threatening.
