Investigators say a Durham apartment complex that was damaged by fire in the past two months is once again the victim of arson.

The November fire at Royal Oaks Apartments on Weymouth Street damaged ten units and left 14 people homeless. A firefighter also was injured.

Another fire in October damaged 12 units and a child was charged with intentionally setting that fire. Police have not made any arrests in last week's fire.
