He is charged with 19 counts of felony breaking and entering, one count of felony larceny, and 20 counts of misdemeanor damage to property.
He has now been released on a $43,000 secured bond, with a first court appearance scheduled for Tuesday.
Chapel Hill investigators worked together with investigators from the Carrboro, Durham, and Hillsborough Police Departments, as well as the Chatham County Sheriff's office, to identify a suspect.
