Raleigh townhouse fire intentionally set

An overnight townhouse fire in Raleigh is under investigation after fire officials say it was intentionally set.It happened at 6729 Magnolia Court.

The four-unit, two-story townhouse building was showing heavy smoke from the outside and heavy fire in the first and second floors of the unit when firefighters arrived.

According to investigators, the fire's cause was intentional and "incendiary." It left 20% of the building damaged, and one unit uninhabitable.

Nobody was hurt.
