Tickets go on sale March 20.
"RDU is very excited to welcome back service to Los Angeles," said RDU's Director of Marketing Teresa Damiano. "LA is a major metropolitan city with which our region has strong business and leisure ties, which is evidenced by the more than 250,000 people who travel between LA and the Research Triangle Region each year."
Delta offered service to LA from June 2006 through January 2008. The airline discontinued service due to escalating fuel costs and schedule changes.
