Two vehicles collided on Martin Luther King Blvd., just south of Estes Drive around 9 a.m. The driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have not released the victim's name.
