ABC11 has obtained a subpoena asking North Carolina Department of Transportation Division 3 Engineer Allen Pope to testify in the Easley case.
He has been subpoenaed to testify before the grand jury on May 19-21 at 9 a.m.

The grand jury is trying to determine if Easley should face political corruption charges.
The court has also commanded former state Transportation Secretary Lyndo Tippett to testify.
Easley's former top aide Ruffin Poole pleaded guilty last month and is now going to provide potentially damaging testimony about his former boss.
