Police received a call about shots fired at the Pinecrest Apartments shortly after 3 a.m. Monday
When they arrived, they found a man dead outside apartment 608 and two other men wounded.
On Monday evening, authorities announced they filed charges against two people in connection with the shootings.
Investigators arrested 24-year-old Tracey Renee Elliott of Creedmoor and placed her in Durham County Jail without bond. A second person, 25-year-old Roger Lee Evans was arrested Thursday.
Police have not released the victims' names.
