Deputies arrested 24-year-old Ronnie Glenn Allen or Benson and 19-year-old Spencer Lamar Capps of Four Oaks Friday.
Investigators say Allen began molesting the girl, who is now 14, when she was 12. They also alleged that Capps assaulted the victim and on at least one occasion had sex with the child while Allen watched.
Allen is charged with statutory rape, taking indecent liberties with a child and permitting sexual activity for production.
He is being held under a $240,000 bond.
Capps is charged with first-degree rape of a child and taking indecent liberties with a minor.
He also remains in the Johnston County Jail, and is being held under a $150,000 bond.
According to the sheriff's office, the Johnston County Department of Social Services assisted in the investigation.
