Police investigate shooting, arrest man for giving fake name

Raleigh Police were investigating an early morning shooting on Sunday when officers say a man they tried to question wouldn't cooperate. According to the arrest warrant, John Curtis Hinton, 41, of Raleigh gave a fake name and tried to run away while being questioned by police at the scene of the shooting.

Officers were able to catch Hinton and charged him with resisting a public officer.

Raleigh Police have not released any information about the shooting.
