There are still cones and signs marking off construction areas, but business owners are a little happier now.
"It's been very tough for the customers," said David Kim. "Fortunately our customers have been very patient."
Shoppers who live in the area have been able to avoid hassle for the most part.
"We just pretty much avoid it, come down Oberlin," said Ellen Kisinger. "It hasn't bothered us that much. Glad to get it fixed though. I'm sure everybody will be."
Drivers say it's nice to have the intersection open again, but they know the construction and road work isn't finished, and they want to see it end.
