Six families displaced after fire

CARY The blaze broke out and quickly spread at the Harrison Motel on East Chatham Street just after 6 p.m. Friday.

There were no injuries reported, but six families were displaced. The Red Cross is currently helping the families.

There's no word on what started the fire. Further details about the blaze have not been released.
