Officers were called to 901 Chalk Level Road, Apartment F8 at 1:54 a.m. Sunday. When they arrived, they found 21-year-old Cesar Armando Gonzalez-Meja dead inside the apartment.
Police arrested the man's brother, 24-year-old Oscar Gonzalez-Meja, at the scene.
The brothers shared the apartment.
Oscar Gonzalez-Meja is charged with murder and is being held in the Durham County Jail without bond.
