ECU student from Raleigh killed in crash

GREENVILLE, N.C. Victoria T'nya-Ann Carter, 20, of Raleigh, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other three people in the car were from Greenville, Kernersville, and Nashville, and were also ECU students.

Police say alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.

The cause and contributing factors are still under investigation.
