Police released a surveillance photo Monday morning, which showed the man inside a convenience store.
The time stamp on the photo said it was from February 5.
Apex Police asked that if anyone recognizes the subject or if anyone has any information to please contact Detective Mike Garafalo at 919-362-8661.
