Investigators say the incident happened on April 26 when the child's grandmother had left her and Marshall in a car while she was grocery shopping. The child claims Marshall held her down and touched her.
Marshall is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. He will make a first court appearance on Friday afternoon.
