Paul Spaniola, owner of Paul's Pipe Shop, opened his own business at 15-years-old and has been in downtown Flint for nearly 50 years. Throughout the years, he has had many faithful customers, including Flint's own C.S. Mott.
Now 98-years-old, Spaniola is the only person to be a six-time World Champion pipe smoker and says he has no intention of stopping soon. "I'm 99 right now and I want to be 100, so that I can put on a party."
