That's where officials say they discovered Kelvin Troydon Williams, Jr., 23, deceased.
A suspect was detained close by and transported to be interviewed by detectives. After further investigation, the suspect, David John Lewis III of Raleigh was charged with one count of murder.
Police say the victim and suspect were known to each other, and the crime was not random.
They haven't said how the victim died.
