The body of 21-year-old Michael Dale Morrisette Jr. was found in a wooded area behind a home on White Oak Hill Road, Bailey after he was reported missing Monday.
Deputies say a first-degree murder warrant has been obtained for 21-year-old Trey Lee Emerson also of Bailey.
Emerson was arrested in Norfolk, Virginia.
