Woman robs convenience store

Police say surveillance video from a Garner convenience store shows a female robber.

The suspect allegedly came into Family Fare on W. US Hwy 70 around 2 p.m. on September 3. After walking around inside for several minutes, she approached the clerk and demanded cash.

The woman is between 5'3" and 5'5" in height and weighs between 155 to 170 pounds. She has a medium skin tone with dark shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants with pin stripes on the side, dark colored sneakers, and a black ball cap with a peace symbol made of rhinestones on the left side of the cap.
