According to officials, Williams' sister last saw the Hope Mills woman on Nov. 27.
On Sunday, Williams' car, a white Rodeo, was found abandoned along Chicken Foot Road in Cumberland County. Her cell phone was inside, but no sign of Williams.
Williams is described as standing about 5' 7" inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She has long dark blonde hair, hazel eyes and wears glasses.
Anyone who knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office at (910) 323-1500.
