Eyewitnesses say the fire started in a barn next to a mobile home on Deer Tracks Drive and quickly spread. A neighbor saw the flames and helped the family, which included a 10 year old and four year old girl, to safety.
The mobile home was a complete loss.
The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
