The Fayetteville Police Department has released the dash cam video of the stop at the heart of a Cumberland County commissioner's harassment claim.

Friday, the police department released several video and audio recordings from the stop involving Charles Evans, including the 43 minute unedited version.

Evans was pulled over Tuesday night. The officer believed Evans was driving with an expired plate. However, that information turned out to be incorrect.

Thursday, Evans told ABC11 that the officer who stopped him was out of line. However, the police department insists the officer did nothing wrong.
