In a news release, investigators said they received a 911 call about an unresponsive infant child in the 300 block of Birdsong Way just after 10:30 a.m.
Emergency workers said the child was deceased when they arrived.
The infant's body was being sent to the medical examiner to determine a cause of death.
Other information was not released.
