The two reported incidents happened on April 18. One occurred within the Clayton city limits while the other happened at a business in the 40/42 area.
Authorities said the man is wanted for questioning, after the suspect allegedly walked into each business, exposed himself to a woman and then fled.
Police said the suspect is a white male, five-foot-eight, and 170 pounds. He was wearing black gym shorts and brown flip-flops.
