The victim said she was sexually assaulted by the man as she went to drop trash in a dumpster on East Cornwallis Rd.
The man was described as a black male with curly hair, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a slim build. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
