Police said the man raped a woman on Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m. along Bragg Boulevard.
The suspect is described as a black male, with a dark complexion. He is believed to be in his 20s to mid 30s, standing 5'8" to 6' tall and weighing 170-180 pounds. He is believed to have dreadlocks down to shoulders and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved green shirt, dark colored work pants, and black colored work boots.
