Twenty-eight-year-old Jeffery Woodrow Walker, of McKinnon Road, was charged with two counts of statutory rape, one count of sexual offense and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
The girls are aged 11 and 12.
He was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center and is being held on a $225,000 secured bond.
He is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Tuesday.
