Police: Woman beat boyfriend's car

A 23-year-old woman is charged after an alleged altercation with her boyfriend Saturday.

Smithfield police say Laticia Quezada intentionally rammed her boyfriend's car and then got out and began hitting it with a metal pipe.

When the boyfriend tried to flee, Quezada allegedly began hitting him.

She was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and reckless driving.
