The clinic follows a rabies scare in Garner last week.
A pet owner who failed to update his dog's rabies vaccine had to put the animal down after it came in contact with a rabid animal.
Several other animals in the neighborhood also had to be put down after interacting with the man's dog.
Recently, the county health department has sent out alerts about rabid foxes, beavers and bats in the area.
The Quest Fellowship Church in Garner is hosting Thursday's clinic from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. for $5 per pet vaccination.
