Deputies arrested 26-year old Ronald Manshum, of Princess Ann Drive, Fayetteville on Thursday. Investigators said Manshum had a Facebook page, which is a website that permits children to participate in social networking.
Manshum is charged with felony banned use of social networking site by a registered sex offender.
