It happened just after 7 p.m. on Grove Street near B Street.
Police said 53-year-old Barbara Thaggard, of Spring Lake, was attempting to cross Grove Street was she was struck by truck or SUV.
That vehicle then fled the scene.
Thaggard was also struck by a second vehicle, whose driver stopped.
