Marquis Spence and Brandon Malone are charged with the murder of Anthony Kevette Jones.
Authorities said Jones and a second victim were found shot Tuesday evening in Burlington.
The second victim was treated and released from UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Both suspects also face assault charges connected to the shooting.
