Robbery suspect posed as homebuyer

Police in Fayetteville are on the hunt for a man who posed as a potential homebuyer and then robbed a realtor.

Police said 31-year old Randall Johnson Jr. should be considered "armed and dangerous".

They said Johnson was being shown a house for sale when he pointed a gun at the realtor, handcuffed him and then robbed him of money and personal property.

Johnson is wanted for robbery with a dangerous weapon and second degree kidnapping.
