Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for George Tyrone Bailey, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Bailey is 23 years old, 5'-8", and 200lbs. He was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket, jeans, socks and shoes. He also has a goatee and mustache.
