It happened around 8:30 a.m. on Bragg Boulevard near Blue Street.

Authorities said a 2008 Lincoln going south on Bragg Boulevard crossed the center line and collided head-on with a northbound tractor trailer.
The driver of the car, Michael Taylor Moore of Reno Drive, was killed.
The driver of the tractor trailer, 62-year-old Bryan Pierce of Kure Beach, was not seriously injured.
