RALEIGH --
A Raleigh man is accused of touching a nine-year-old girl at the Walmart store in the 1700-block of New Hope Church Road on May 22. Jorge Barrientos-Noguera is charged with indecent liberties with a child.
Raleigh police say the family reported the incident to Walmart, but not until later when the girl told them she was inappropriately touched when she got home.
Barrientos-Noguera is in the Wake County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
