iPhones stolen from Fayetteville cell phone store

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.

On June 1 at approximately 2:40 p.m., officers responded to Southeast Paging located at 3710 Morganton Road. 

According to investigators, a black male entered the business and began perusing the merchandise as if he were a customer.  The personnel at the store then heard an alarm sound and then observed the suspect fleeing the store with the iPhones. 

When store employees tried to retrieve the property, the suspect produced a handgun and then fled the scene in a silver Chevrolet Malibu.

The suspect is described as black male, approximately 5'09 to 5'11 in height, medium build with a goatee.  The suspect was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
