Police got a call just after 10 a.m. Sunday from a person who spotted the bones near Morreene Road near the intersection of Neal Road.

The bones are now at the State Medical Examiner's Office to determine whether the remains are that of a man or a woman, and possibly how this person died.
Anyone with information is urged to call Durham police.
