Durham police arrested 27-year-old Raymond Lamont Bailey, of Durham, Tuesday.
He's charged with felony larceny and felony habitual larceny.
Investigators believe Bailey stole a pig cooker worth $4,000 May 23 from the driveway of a home off of Mineral Springs Road.
Police say Bailey also stole a trailer and 300 pounds of bricks from a driveway near Farrington Road on April 26.
