Cary police officer resigns after DWI charge

CARY, N.C.

Police officials say Senior Officer Tiffany Silsbee stepped down last Thursday.

The Raleigh police report says Silsbee's car sideswiped four other cars on Boylan Avenue in Raleigh, and that her blood alcohol content was .09.
