A man is charged with indecent exposure and other crimes after Raleigh police say his style of panhandling was completely inappropriate.

According to investigators, 32-year-old Anthony Antonio Rogers was approaching people in front of the Marriot hotel on Fayetteville Street Tuesday evening asking for money.

Police said Rogers was wearing very baggy pants and approaching women and children - sometimes aggressively. When offered money, he would reach his hand out and let go of his pants, which would fall down exposing his genitals.

Bond was set at $3,000.
