Man exposes himself to woman in Apex store

The Apex Police Department says it's trying to identify a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman in the children's section on the second floor of a Kohl's store.

They released a surveillance photo of the man and a second picture showing the car they believe he was driving.

It happened around 10 a.m. this past Sunday at the store in Beaver Creek Commons - off Highway 55 at US 64.

The man is described as a black or Hispanic male, 25-40 years of age, thin build, approximately 5'8 with an unkempt appearance. He was driving a blue station wagon or small SUV.
