Authorities said 27-year-old Mary Catherine Marett was going east on Tryon Road and tried to turn onto Trailwood Drive in Raleigh when she hit a car going west head-on.
Further details about the accident have not been released, but Marett was arrested on four felony counts of serious injury by vehicle and DWI.
She was also driving with a revoked license when the crash happened.
Marett's bond has been set at $100,000.
