'Teddy Bear' arrested again

HOUSTON, Texas

Denise O'Neal, aka Teddy Bear Paradise, has a long history of making threats. As ABC11 reported in 2009, she was arrested here when the FBI accused her of threatening to kill her probation officer.

The 57 year old is being held without bond on the latest charge. If convicted, Paradise faces up to five years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 fine.

According to North Carolina court documents, doctors say Paradise - her legal name - has a borderline personality disorder, but does not currently have any active psychiatric illness.
