"Low pressure that has been gathering strength in the Gulf of Mexico during the day Friday will move across northern Florida and to off the Georgia coast Saturday. Rain is likely to develop Friday evening and continue into Saturday," said ABC11 Chief Meteorologist Chris Hohmann. "Some of the rain can be heavy, especially for a time Saturday morning into early afternoon. Highs will only be in the 50s and with a gusty northeast wind. It's going to feel like February instead of April."

The low will slowly move east Saturday night and Sunday with any leftover rain ending Saturday night. Morning clouds Sunday will probably break to allow for some sun.

"After a very cool day Saturday with highs in the middle 50s, it will become milder Sunday with the return of some sun. Highs Sunday should reach into the middle 60s," said Hohmann. "So, Easter Sunday will be dry and the afternoon pleasant."

Monday should be a nice day with sunshine much of the time and temperatures actually moving into the 70s. The next rain chance is later Tuesday into Tuesday night when a cold front arrives for a shower and thunderstorm. Behind that dry weather should return on Wednesday.
