VIDEO: Bridge collapses in Taiwan, trapping at least 11

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A towering arch bridge has collapsed, sending a burning tanker trunk falling onto boats below.

Military divers and fishing vessels are searching for at least 11 people believed trapped or missing after the bridge fell in a village in eastern Taiwan. It happened after a typhoon passed by the island, but disaster officials would not say if the storm had weakened the bridge.
