BURLINGTON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Burlington teen is facing charges after police say he pulled a gun on a person trying to sell him a pair of shoes.
Police said 17-year-old Keenan Ellis met another person in a Target parking lot on University Drive in Burlington to purchase the shoes.
During the meeting, police said Ellis pulled out a gun and took off with the victim's money.
Police later tracked Ellis down and arrested him.
Ellis is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon. Police are still looking for two other people who may have been in the car with Ellis at the time of the robbery. '
